Default how to change system password
Hello,
I don't know how to change the firmware password on a sun ultra sparc 5
workstation. When I enter in the boot menu (STOP+a) and make login, how
can I proceed to change the firmware password?

Login as root and use the eeprom command. Check out the man page on how
to clear the firmware password.

Don't have root on the system? How about moving the disk to another
system on which you can mount it. Edit the passwd file, dismount it,
put it back in the system and boot.
