informix onbar question--made me mad!

HI,all
i have a IDS 9.4 DATABASE ,AIX 5.1 . i shall restore my data from IB
TSM using onbar.
from bar_act.log ,i found success level 0 backup at "2007-02-1
04:13:21";
but when i use following cmd:
onbar -r -p -t "2007-02-15 04:13:21" rootdbs ;
onbar return code is 147 ,or say that can not find the backu
records.but in bar_act.log ,ixbar.2 file ,i know the backup is succes
