suppose that I have a cgi at the url
http://myloacladdres:1080/admin/admin.cgi?, there is a way to call this cgi
without "?" charachter? for example
http://myloacladdres:1080/admin/admin.cgi ...

I must porting a portal code under iplanet/san fire and the original code
has no "?" char in link, but under the target platform I must call tha cgi
with ? and relative link not work, return a 500 Error, It seems that no
environment variable was passed to cgi...
