Default Migrating client licenses from Legato on Windows to Solstice Backup on Solaris

I have a customer who has a windows server running Legato Networker
and backing up 25 clients (10 with server, 15 in add-on client
licenses). They wish to migrate their backups to a Sun server which is
running Solstice Backup, currently using 5.x with five Solaris clients
and five windows clients. They have said that they will be upgrading
to 6.x in the near future.

Question is this. When they migrate the clients from the windows
server can we just re-use the Legato client licenses in the Solstice
backup product or will we have to buy new client license packs for
Solstice? I accept that the 10 clients which came with the windows
server license probably cannot be migrated and will have to buy new.

Cheers

JJ
