I'm newly assigned to extract raw data from a log file of netcool
Just wondering if there is an script available for this kind of data
flow

Need: to extract from a log file which changes every +/-15 minutes,
oldest are deleted (handy..) and pending how many debug information
received
Requirement is that we create a separate file for each UNREACHABLE
status which need to cheek against time/date stamp with delay
difference of 3 minutes
the file should be saved in let's say Customer_ipaddres& data/time
stamp preferable this should be running as an cron daemon as this
should run 365d/24hrs/7d


Note: Im an humble user [NOT AN ADMIN]with rudimentary unix knowledge
unix used SunOS shakira 5.8, n

is this happens then there should be an file created
for each created file needs at least the minimum contained
