| I have seen similar vmstat output in the past. Though everything seemed flying, I added two extra CPU's and reduce the load to 20% instead. Since CS was very high, I think it could be just because too many clients and large wait on IO (any output from iostat?), in which case CPU time would increase, but really wasn't doing anything. Weblogic has performance tuning tools built-in which should give you some idea from a JVM perspective.
