| ive installed gentoo linux sparc edition on to my sparcstation and it goes to boot from the hard drive, scsi id 3, and it gives me the message "the file does not appear to be executible". I cant figure out whats going on, can anyone help? |

| I figured out what was wrong, i didnt know where the boot from prom was looking at so i did a "setenv boot-device disk0:1" to load the boot partition, that did the trick just right!
