Default Sun Ray 100 - No Display

The Sun Ray 100 has no display. The power LED is a solid orange, and
the smart card LED is a solid green. The smart card token is blocked
for our usage purposes.

There is also no keyboard or mouse input. The only thing the unit
seems to be getting at this time is power and nothing else. No icons,
no login prompt, no background pattern, no mouse pointer, just a black
screen. All cables have been checked and the unit has been reset a
number of times. I am having a hard time finding troubleshooting
information on this particular problem.

Any ideas, suggestions, and/or pointers?
All help is appreciated )

Thank You!

Substitute in a new one. It has detected a failure.

Is there anything I try myself, as a sys. admin, to fix the problem?

You can try to force a firmware reload.
