Default SUNvts : disktest
Hi,

Anyone here use SUNvts ? Do you know if the "functional" test is
destructive to the disk?
Do the "System Passes" reflect a whole disk test, or some sub-test ? How
does it break down into tests...

i do, it is not destructive. if it was it would erase vts itself and the
OS that runs it.

i dont think a whole disk test is done, would take long time....
a system pass is sometime like 15-60 min. as i recall.
depending of the tests one selects.
