Default Upgrading veritas volume manager on Solaris

Hi,

I have just upgraded Veritas Volume manager from 3.5 to 4.1 on Solaris
9 and given the machine a reboot and now it doesnt come up.
The error message is cannot stat /dev/vx/rdsk/rootvol : no such file or
directory.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong?

Thx
Naz
