Default Using JET (JumpStart Enterprise Toolkit) for separate Boot and Install servers

I'm trying to use JET in order to automate my client build out but I
need to verify if JET has the capability of using a separate boot and
install server. The documentation states this "The toolkit does not
offer easy configuration of 'boot servers' as found
in traditional JumpStart, but such 'boot servers' can be created if
required." This is not very helpful and it is not clear to me how this
can be accomplished. Does anyone have experience using JET for
JumpStarts using different boot and install servers? If so, how were
you able to configure the client 'template' file in order to perform a
successful JumpStart?
