We are being told that we need to upgrade about 20 sites from 9.30.UC7 to 9.40 to correct a performance degradation.
How easy is this upgrade? And are there any known gotcha's about 9.4?

As I will have to visit each site to do the upgrade I am trying to ensure that I don't waste my time.
