.. The folowing versions are running for below


We are running INFORMIX-4GL Version 7.20.UE2 and Informix Dynamic Server
2000 Version 9.21.HC2 and
our system is HP-UX B.11.00 A 9000/800.

After successfully compiling any program, the error "Segmentation fault (core
dumped)"
comes up when I try to run the resultant .4gi.

when did you start to get this problem? has it ever worked? have you
upgraded your OS to HP 11 and the problem started then?

Does this give the same segv?

9.21 and 7.20 are very very old but HP 11 isn't so old. I doubt 7.20
was ever certified on HP 11.

It may be time to get IDS 10 and RDS 7.32 and try again
