It's not on my customers' PA sites: 2.80 is the newest.
v2.81 is on the "Developerworks Toolbox" site, but it doesn't say which uc
version it is.

CSDK 2.81 UC3 is the latest of UC versions according to IBM's site.

It's not easy to find, but I finally did. I'm currently downloading
it from the Passport Advantage site.
