This is baffling me, I can ping a server from the command line on
both hostname and ip, but on the same server DBPing fails to pass
the basic ping test. The target server is Solaris 9.40.FC1.
Running DBPing against a server with 9.31 on it is OK, pinging
happily from both command line and dbping.

The 9.40 target also has 2.81.latest SDK on it.

There is no firewall on the PC
