Default Down chunks

Client is suffering from chunks being marked down due to incorrect
ownership and permissions on some of the chunks. Some meathead must
have gone in and changed them. Will they be able to get the data back
once this has been corrected? Any clues how?

(It didn't work when I tried it on a temp dbspace, even after an IDS
restart - I ended up dropping and re-creating the dbspace).

They're on 7.31.UC5.

Once the underlying problem is corrected, you can use the onspaces utility
to mark them back as online. At that time onspaces does a sanity check and
if all is OK, you continue as before with no worries.
