error -25580

HI everyone
system :
windows 2000 server
IFX 7.31 TD5

sometime, system fall down with online.log messsage : -25580 internal
networl fonction failed.
I don't know where looking for solution on my system.
I have two ideas :
- a physical network problem
- a program which use INFORMIX database (I had this problem with a 4js
program with command : prepare insert)
