Default How can a administrator do Whole Informix Data reaaarnage in Minimum Down Time

Hello friends

We are running a 300GB of data base server on Informix with solaris OS
and the data array is arranged by Volume manager .......can u plan a
activity that can minimize the time to down the system...

Depend on IDS version, LVM/SAN, DRP/ER/HDR, Backup tool etc. being
used.
