Default how to configure this?

Old Server Memory Configuration :
1. 4 GB RAM
2. 4 CPU M/c

New Server Memory Configuration :
1. 16 GB RAM
2. 2 CPU M/c

these new instances has a boosted memory configuration for databases.
These configuration will result is total memory utilisation of the
server for the database instance alone.

i am newbie

how to cofigure this?

performance of SGSINHS002, There are 2 instances in this box.
OS HPUX.9.x

You're joking? Aren't you?

HP-UX 10.x is out of service, let alone 9.x.

Is this PA-RISC or Itanium hardware? 32-bit or 64-bit?

What is the relative workload on the two instances? Data storage?

There is so much information we don't have that no-one can help much.

I think that 10.50 was the first version of HPUX released for Itanium, so it
would have to be PA-RISC.
