 IDS 9.x stability on Solaris vs Linux We are currently running IDS 9.3/IDS 9.4 on Solaris 8 with pleasurable stability. We are considering moving to Linux for cost savings. IBM support tells me that IDS is supported on Linux 2.4, glibc 2.2.x. Would someone care to comment on the relative stability of IDS on Solaris vs. Linux? Should we go for Redhat Linux (7.3, 9, enterprise) or some other Linux? Thanks! Rajesh      |
