hello all,
we are currently comtemplating upgrading from version 9.21 to 9.4 on
HP-UNIX box (11.00). Has anyone gone through the experience? any
gotchya's, etc?
how about down-grading ,if needed, back to the original version if 9.4
gives us problems?

I just install a IDS 9.4 on HP rp5470,and I found some question:





first: when I install the isql 7.32,64 bit, IDS 9.4FC1,client sdk
2.8 32bit,

you would find the isql coredump.you can just install the isql

7.32 32 bit



second: In the HP-UX 11i,IDS 9.4FC1 or IDS 9.4FC2,the sql statement

would crash the instance: set explain on.



IBM engineer said we should have a patch PHCO_27464,but

I don't install it now,so I don't know whether it can
replace it bug
