So far as I can see IDS is NOT included in this package (and what use is, for example, ISA without IDS?). And the "download" page is just for documentation and release notes. Also I notre that Informix Dynamic Server Enterprise Edition and Express Edition (but not WorkGroup for some reason) appear in "available" column on the Evaluation and Trial SOftware download page. (Although if you click on either the linked page is broken ...!). |

Don't know if it's timebombed, but it's there. Art |

Yup, you're right. IDS 11 (Express only) and 10 (Express and Enterprise). All time-bombed, as you say. Great stuff! |

It is not time bombed but they are a couple of restrictions - not sure if the restrictions are public domain yet - BUT the restrictions should not affect most development environments Cheers Paul Paul Watson Tel: +1 913-400-2620 Mob: +1 913-387-7529 Web: www.oninit.com Failure is not as frightening as regret. Summary: 20 concurrent sessions, 1 CPU, 1GB memory, 8GB database size. No time bomb, either? Still not available for download yet (unless I missed it) . . . still watching. Oh yeah, Sam, looks like the developer version for Mac OS X is in . . . cool John Carlson |
