I believe that 9.40.UC3 was the first IDS port to reliably work with an NPTL kernel/glibc. > and that there are no versions of 4GL certified for RHEL 3? 4gl-7.32.UC2 and csdk-2.81.UC3 are working for me. -- Forte International, P.O. Urk! Or they were until Red Hat added Exec Stack Randomization to Update 3 and turned it on by default! And here I believed Red Hat when they said that Enterprise would be STABLE (as in NO SURPRISES LIKE BRAND SPANKING NEW FEATURES TURNED ON BY DEFAULT IN A QUARTERLY UPDATE)!! -- Forte International, P.O. What does this mean for me? What updates to we need to avoid? And what about 7.31 and OnLine? Today our distributor told another IBM Business Partner: "If a combination is Generally Available (GA) then it will be supported so Online 5.20 on Redhat 9 and RHEL3 is ok, so long as it is UC2," |

Read the Update 3 release notes and pick your preferred way to turn off the new feechur. > Today our distributor told another IBM Business Partner: "If a combination > is Generally Available (GA) then it will be supported so Online 5.20 on > Redhat 9 and RHEL3 is ok, so long as it is UC2," 'cept that RHL9 is end-of-life and no longer supported by Red Hat. -- Forte International, P.O.
