Default installing ids on linux

Hi all,

I am having problems trying to install IDS 9.4 (trial) on a Linux Debian
computer. From the IBM download page, the instructions were to run:

cpio -icbdumB < the_ids_filename_here.cpi

I tried both IDS.9.40.UC3.LINUX32.cpi and IBM.IDS.9.40.UC2E1.cpi files with
the cpio command and got the following error message:

cpio: premature end of file

Thanks for any help!

Probably an insulting question, but did the download complete fully?
