Internationalization on IDS 9 (even 10)

Hi...

Never having done this before, I'm not sure of the answer.

I need to take an existing IDS DB, in English, and make the data
available for people in Japan and Korea.

Now, these are 2-different character sets, and I'm not sure what I need
to do on the SERVER end to accomodate this request.

Any comments/suggestions are welcome.
Pointing me to a good doc or book would be really great.
