Hi,

Informix Versions: 7.31 UC3 and 9.30 UC2
OS: AIX 4.3.3

Has anyone done a migration of the Informix Server with HDR
from 7.31 to 9.30? If so can you help me with a sequence of steps?
Neither the Migration Manual nor the HDR chapters of the Administrator's
Manual say anything on the subject. Should the Primary be converted
first and then the Secondary, or vice-versa? Or should the Secondary
be restarted from a converted Primary's backup?

You need to break the HDR, upgrade both sides, and reinstigate HDR
