Default onstat -d anomaly

Yesterday I upgraded a server on 9.4 demo to the actual 9.4 .
I had backup up the spaces to another
disk(root,data,physical,logspace,tempspace).
(This is cooked space on win2000.)

I let the install replace all files.
Then I restored the spaces with COPY.
Then I changed ONCONFIG to point to the restored rootdbs.
The service started ok and everything works,

(E
I del'd the old directory on E: It is not there!!!
The running spaces are on F:
Why does onstat -d show the rootdbs as being on E: ?

Will there be a problem and how do I avoid it?
