we had to tune few queries after the upgrade to 9.4, no major issues.
we were really impressed with the backups and restore in 9.4, the database
backup and restore time went down by 20-30% after the upgrade. and the
rename chunk restore is awesome.

We are being told that we need to upgrade about 20 sites from 9.30.UC7 to
9.40 to correct a performance degradation.
How easy is this upgrade? And are there any known gotcha's about 9.4?

As I will have to visit each site to do the upgrade I am trying to ensure
that I don't waste my time.
