Default RE: -951 error connecting to Informix SE for Windows

I had a similar problem when trying to connect from Windows to Linux.
Try running ilogin demo as the new user. You will probably need to run
SETNET32 for the new user and set up the environment.

Informix SE 7.25.TC3 for Windows.

I am trying to connect to the machine from a remote machine using
DBACCESS.

If I connect using my "normal" Win2k user (the one I login to on this
machine)... I connect fine.

However, if I try to connect using another user I added to this machine
I keep getting a -951 error. I granted DBA to this user for the
database. I added the user from the Windows User/Password manager and
set the users password.

What am I missing here, this seems too obvious?
Thanks. Tim
