Hi Torsten,

I do not know much about the SAP setup or the version on which customer=
is?
If you are using 9x servers, this can be done very easily using HPL uti=
lity
onpladm.

Using onpladm, with one command you can create jobs for each of the tab=
les
that you want to load/unload/reorg.
For details about onpladm you can refer to the IBM IDS 9.4 HPL manual.

But if you have a specific need, I can do/help with creating and exampl=
e
script to create/run onpladm jobs.
But require you to be more specific with the SAP schema etc.

Hi,

I am not experienced in using hpl and I need to know how to configure a=
nd
use
the HPL to reorg large tables.
We have to reorg some very large tables in just 5 hours (24*7). So I ca=
nnot
use
SAP's sapdba. Somebody out there who has real advise for me ?
