My personal feeling is that IBM has become so big, that their website
has become unmanagable - and old website that just kept added onto ?
Feels like they don't have a good www change control policy in place

Maybe it is time for IBM to spend some money to get professionals in to
rebuild their website - structure it more, or at least make it more user
friendly
