There was a long time ago a product called Sentinel from Western Micro
Technology
that mirrored SCO filesystems to another server with failover abilities.

I do not know if it is still available
I never used it in anger, but set up a couple of demos for it, and it
looked effective.
Informix HDR would be my recommendation as it is a well tested and
integrated product.
