Hi Gary,
For the when part, you can probably look through the logs to see when t=
he
ALTER TABLE was done. (look for PTALTER and the partnum of the table). =
For
the who part, you will probably need to use the ONAUDIT tool (actually,=
you
can get the when part from that as well).

For what columns have changed ...that's a bit tricky (until and unless =
u
keep a history of dbschema outputs) .. I think the partition pages do s=
tore
the information in Slot #6 but its not straightforward ..it would requi=
re
interpretation until and unless someone's got a tool to interpret that
information.

You can get the "who" part from the onlog output as well.

I have used this in the past to identify who is updating something
that changes the "version" in systables and hence causes the stored
procedures to re-optimise.
