But shouldn't you really be directing your considerable verbal skills at
the vendor, rather than a team of volunteers who have no responsibility
but are just trying to help people along?

And I'm surprised you can't find anything on IBM's webshite: generally
Google is quite good at trawling it.

Travel broadens a person. You look as if you have been all over the world.

I went to the airport to check in and they asked what I did because I
looked like a terrorist. I said I was a comedian. They said, "Say
something funny then." I told them I had just graduated from flying
school.

Sigh.

But Google isn't a human bean. ;-)

My point is that Google will snarf up all the web pages, then list and
index them based on content. Then when you search google, they will find
the correct pages.

Trying to traverse parts of IBM's website is a royal pain. You should at
least admit that.

I guess it goes back to the old myth in marketing that you have to
constantly re-invent your website every 3 months in order to keep up the
web traffic. (Note: 3 months = 1 web year.)

When you have a tech site and can provide accurate information in an
orderly and efficient fashion. They will come. (Note: doing an
occasional face lift helps but that's merely cosmetic... )
