One difference I noticed was on the licencing basis. WGE is licenced per
concurrent session, whereas Express is on a named user basis. So if users
run multiple sessions, Express is a better bet...

Which features are verboten? Is Express more or less than WGE by way
of licensed features?

Are the features actually turned off, or are the differences merely in
licensing, as in WGE?
