Please do not post MIME - this is a text-only news group. I've not heard of such problems, which isn't to say they aren't real. When you say the 'system hung' (in strict British English, 'hanged' was reserved for capital punishment), do you mean that ISA refused to respond, or IDS refused to respond, or SCO UNIX refused to respond?
