getting the right version of CSDK 2.81.UC3.

Linux CSDK 2.81UC3 availability






I would like to compile ESQL/C programs on a RedHat 9 platform but
cannot because of the _ctype_b problem. I understand RH9 compatible
versions of the CSDK are available to users with support but I don't
have support and was wondering if anyone had any further information
on when IBM might release 2.81UC3?
