| Looks like it is treating that "file disk ISMData" like the tape and mounts/relabels it every time before it overwrites it? I do not know too much about it but here is from my deamon.log file .... When doing the same backup with same configuration to NFS file system (NAS LAN device directories) ISM writes 1 block of data (1 log or 1 dbspace) and lost volume label as it would be unmounted and unlabeled. Have you seen such thing before?
