Default Report or View ?

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

Quick question. We currently have space problems. The MIS users =
(when they run large reports) create tables with subsets of data, and =
then run their final queries on these subsets.

=20

Due to the space issue we cannot create these subsets right now. Will =
it be really bad for performance to replace these subsets with views ?

Don't post MIME.

Get some more disk space - it is cheaper than your time.

(Physician heal thyself - my Sun needs more disk space too.)

It depends on how complex those views are. If the alternative is
waiting to free enough disk space, then probably the views will be
quicker.
