| When I try to execute an .ec program a segmentation fault immediatly occurs. The program compiles sucessfully, but I cannot execute it. A segmentation fault also occurs if I fglpc -V. Anyone have any ideas on this? Red Hat 9 IDs 9.4 |

I've seen this and got around it with a static compile, but given what problems others are having with RH9 this probably won't help you... -- Scott Burns Mirrabooka Systems Tel +61 7 3857 7899 Fax +61 7 3857 1368 |

This GDB was configured as "i386-redhat-linux-gnu". I could successfully compile, but cannot run (returns segmentation fault). I was able to get around the _ctype_* problem with the help from your last post, but I'm experincing Segmentation faults even if I try to get the version of fglpc (fglpc -V). Should I just give up on RH9, and install Suse 8.0? Or does anyone have any insight on these Seg faults? Ask tech support for csdk-2.81.UC2X6, if you want your tools to work on RHL9 or RHEL3. -- Forte International, P.O.
