We are backing one of our systems every night by doing an onbar backup
to disk using ISM and then using the IBM AIX mksysb utility to copy the
complete disk to tape.
Recently we have been getting complaints from mksysb to the effect that
file /usr/informix/ism/index/p615sage/db/crossck cannot be found.
P615sage is the machine name.
I have established that the file does not exist which explains the
error. But does anybody have any idea what this file relates to?
