Default syssqlstat from users

Hello:
Now in version 10.FC5, the users can't execute 'select ' from table
syssqlstat. In other version it's posible execute this select , but in
10 version only informix user can execute it.
There is a environ varible for another users ??
It's Onconfig configuration??

Is this the first time you have tried 10 after upgrading from 7 or an
early IDS 9?

There are security issues associated with letting any user see the SQL
other users are running. The information in this article may help
resolve your problem
