Hello Friends,
Just wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude for all of the help
you who contribute to this group have provided me.

I'm a seasoned Database guy with many years under my belt and only a cursory
knowledge of IFX.

You have all been quite kind and helpful and, if the support amongst users
found here is any indication of the quality of the Informix community as a
whole, IBM is certainly missing the boat by not listening to your
suggestions and concerns more attentively.

Hopefully in due time I will be able to be helpful to others and keep the
wheel turning.

I offer you my gratitude (and probably many more questions...).
