Unable to access \\NAME. Please choose a different computer.

Greetings:

I installed Informix Dynamic Server v9.4 on my Windows 2000 Pro machine.

When going through the "Server Instance Manager" I get all the way to the
"Please specify the machine that you want to use for Shared Server
Definition for your Dynamic Server and administrative tools" section.

My machine's name is in the text box. Upon hitting the Finish button, I
get the error:

Unable to access \\NAME. Please choose a different computer.

I've hunted through the documentation, both online and off, plus the web
and newsgroup archives via Google. The only pointer I've found is that
the password is probably incorrect, but it is correct.

I'm guessing there's some permissions problem or my machine isn't running
a protocol or service IDS needs.

Some system background:
* Win2k Pro, SP4 and all subsequent patches
* CC_HiSec_W2K_Professional.inf Security Template
* I was logged in on the administrator account when doing this
* The informix user and group were created and the informix user is also a
member of administrators
