I saw that last week.
I phoned Ingres to get my issue created.
I created one a couple a days ago.
Haven't tried today.

Hi Dudes,

Has anyone managed to raise a new issue on the tech support site
recently - like today?

I've just tried and I keep getting a 'One of more properties requires a
value' message. I note that the patch level stuff ahs been removed from
the window, I'm wondering if the validation has been altered to match.

This is a bug in CA's ServiceDesk product. You need to enter "Ingres"
as a category (or OpenRoad) and then tab out of that field. It will
then open up the properties fields so you can enter version, component
and patch number.
