| I saw that last week. I phoned Ingres to get my issue created. I created one a couple a days ago. Haven't tried today. Kim -----Oprindelig meddelelse----- Fra: info-ingres-admin@cariboulake.com [mailto:info-ingres-admin@cariboulake.com] På vegne af martin.bowes@ctsu.ox.ac.uk Sendt: 23. november 2006 14:29 Til: info-ingres@cariboulake.com Emne: [Info-ingres] raising a new issue on the web site Hi Dudes, Has anyone managed to raise a new issue on the tech support site recently - like today? I've just tried and I keep getting a 'One of more properties requires a value' message. I note that the patch level stuff ahs been removed from the window, I'm wondering if the validation has been altered to match. | This is a bug in CA's ServiceDesk product. You need to enter "Ingres" as a category (or OpenRoad) and then tab out of that field. It will then open up the properties fields so you can enter version, component and patch number.
