I can't be bothered (and I actually > care); no casual user would bother with it for more than 30 seconds. I find the forums a bit frustrating also. I much prefer the mail list approach. SupportConnect is not quick and simple like the old StarTrak and eSupport interfaces. There is a lot of info which used to be freely available at eSupport which is now only available to registered users. However, CA are pretty serious about improving their web services. They are investing a lot of time and resource into development and bugfixes. Quite a few of my issues and enhancement requests have been addressed in the past 12 months. If you want to fix something just raise an issue. If there is enough requests CA will increase the priority. By the way, I'm participating in a Product Advisory Council for SupportConnect next month. If anyone wants to send some comments to the PAC, send me an email - off line please - comments on functionality, performance, wishlists, priorities etc. I dont think the council covers the opensource website but I'm sure they are in the same building.
