| It is possible to add an *internal* SCSI tape drive (DDS-4) to an Ultra 80 without adding a SCSI card? The machine has two SCSI channels, but I can't see any way of routing either of them to an internal tape drive with a 68-pin connector. I'm keen to remove my external drive and add an internal one. I don't however have any more PCI slots free, despite having two SCSI cards spare. I do use the external connector, so routing that to just do an internal drive is not an option. I think it impossible, but if anyone can see a solution, let me know. -- Dave K http://www.southminster-branch-line.org.uk/ Please note my email address changes periodically to avoid spam. It is always of the form: month-year@domain. Hitting reply will work for a couple of months only. Later set it manually. The month is always written in 3 letters (e.g. Jan, not January etc) |
