This is a nice unit, and great for Sun collectors who want to make
space on their desk. Connects up to 8 Sun workstations/servers to up
to 2 keyboards/mice/monitors. I ship worldwide.

How co-incidental. I just got a Serverswitch 5000 (5 port) but
alas no documentation is online. Does anyone have docs for
this KVM (especially serial port protocol/usage)?

And why would a Sun person use that rather than a serial console?

And why would you use that on a server? (You can run all GUI based admin
tools remotely anyway and that allows you to run those
tools on all 8 servers at the same time on a single desktop)
