Fujitsu SPARC PRIMEPOWER 250 & 450

I'm sure that there are plenty rogue sys admins out there that may have
some insight for me.

We're considering Fujitsu SPARC PRIMEPOWER 250 & 450 servers running
Solaris 9.

1)How reliable are these boxes and what kind of support is afforded by
Fujitsu?
2)What, if any, relationship exists between the two bodies in terms of
SPARC support? 3)Comparable to Sun support?

Any horror stories or suggestions would be immensely appreciated.
