| Hi! I've a Sun SparcStation 20 http://eintr.net/systems/sun/sparcstation20/ Question: Is possible construct adapters HD 26 pin male to DB25 female (like 13W3 to ibm-vga) for use with my printer HP 710? Tanks for any answer. Fred |

| Hi, Sun uses a Slimline D26 connector on the old Sparc 20 parallel port, SGI uses a Mini-Centronics 36, definitely NOT compatible. Now for a bit of shameless commercialism: www.ultraspec.com either browse for parallel cables to get to SL26 to C36 (most likely ones you need) or 1241, 1243, 1245, etc. in the Find By box on the left side of the screen. We also have them SL26 to D25, but that D25 parallel port is seldom found on printers, usually on switches when sharing the printer the hard way.
